After falling to Oregon State on Tuesday by 10, the Ducks look to bounce back against the same opponent and try to get their first conference victory. The Ducks fell behind by 24 in the second half before they woke up and closed the gap to single digits. Look for Oregon to get out to a quick start in Corvallis to try not to fall behind so quickly.
The Ducks were woeful from the field and if they can connect from three on even a third of their attempts they may be able to return the favor and defeat their rivals on their home floor. Jillian Alleyne was auspicious by her absence on Tuesday and the Ducks need Alleyne to play big if they want to come out on top in this match up. Alleyne was frustrated inside by Patricia Bright who had 6 blocks against the Ducks. Oregon also needs to slow down the three point shooting of the Beavers, namely with Jamie Weisner who hit 4 three pointers and lead all scorers with 22 on Tuesday.
