Oregon Ducks Men's Basketball: Open Thread Vs. Utah Valley Wolverines

Coming off a win against Western Carolina, the Ducks host the Utah Valley Wolverines out of the WAC. To this point, UVU is 2-1, their only loss coming on the road to Oklahoma State by a score of 93-40.

Not that it matters but the last time Duck fans saw Oklahoma State, Oregon was advancing past them in the NCAA tournament. The Wolverines do have a win against North Carolina A&T,  a team who is perenially in the discussion for the tournament so they may have something cooking early.

According to UVU's press release, this marks the third consecutive game in which the Wolverines face a team who had a win in last years tournament.

UVU is led by Holton Hunsaker, a point guard out of Salt Lake City. Hunsaker averages 12 points a game and finds himself with 3 assists per game also. UVU spreads the ball around as three of their starters average over 10 a game to this point.
