What a game last night. Great first half, bad second half. Arsalan Kazemi says "Enough is enough" during overtime to secure a Duck win over the Washington Huskies, 80-77. Bring on a revenge game against the Utah Utes.
- The Oregon Baseball Team is down in LA this week to open Pac-12 play against the USC Trojans. Oregon is coming into the series on a 3-game winning streak, taking the mid-week series against Texas State and winning the final game of the Vanderbilt series. USC is trending in the other direction, having lost 6 of its last 7.
- Oregon Live has a nice feature on former Oregon Duck Dion Jordan who is looking to become the first top-10 NFL Draft Pick since Quarterback Joey Harrington in 2002.
- Dion Jordan isn't the only Duck trying to make waves in the NFL. Michael Clay, who will be forever enshrined on my all-time favorite Ducks list, reflects back on his career and talks about his goals for the future.
- In future opponent news, not everyone at Nicholls State is happy about playing the Oregon Ducks Football team in the fall and there is all kinds of drama around how their Athletics Department gets funding.
And finally, I was really excited about the men's basketball win last night. There was really only one thing for me to do. Glad it was captured in this week's Friday Video.
