After back to back 1-0 losses, Oregon looks to get one from UCLA at PK Park. Jake Reed (4-3, 3.54) takes the mound for the Ducks and UCLA counters with Grant Watson (5-2, 2.79). UCLA's pitching has flummoxed Oregon so far this series, allowing only 7 hits in two games.
Mitchell Tolman has been having a rough weekend. After having committed one error to this point in the season, Tolman has been guilty of 4 just two games. The morning lineup card shows him still manning the hot corner and batting cleanup.
Oregon has been pitching very well this series, UCLA has just been a little better in two games. Oregon will be looking for a measure of revenge and to avoid getting swept for the first time this season. Even with Oregon dropping the first two of the series, they are still a half game ahead of Oregon State in the standings and trail the Beavs by only a few percentage points.
Jerry Allen has the call on 95.3 and I will be here manning the live thread and posting the Pac-12 network live stream.
GO DUCKS!
