With the track & field season ending this pas weekend, the quack is sparse this morning. Here's what I could find:
- WIth the NCAA releasing its findings for Mississippi State last Friday---a school that appeared before the infractions committee on April 19th, along with Oregon---many believe Oregon's might be released some time this week. In preparation Adam Jude has a rundown of all major violations since 2008.
- Ted Miller has a couple of Oregon-related posts up at the Pac-12 blog. First, he has a poll asking who will lead the conference in interceptions. Two of the five players are Ducks, though neither are Terrance Mitchell. Next, Miller picks a first-year player to watch from each conference school.
- Curtis Anderson recaps the javelin incident between Ashton Eaton and Brianne Theisen. The couple, who are getting married in July, are both training for the World Championships in August, though both have qualifications meets in a couple of weeks.
- In other alumni track news, Ken Goe has a story on Keisha Baker preparing for the USA Track & Field Championshipsnext week in Des Moines.
Go Ducks!
