We've hit the doldrums of summer where the quack is scarce. Going on a little diet will make the college football feast in the fall all the more delicious, at least that's what I'm going to keep telling myself. I've got the Oregon Ducks munchies something fierce. Give me all the quack you got!

  • The Orlando Sentinel says that Scott Frost is an offensive coordinator to watch this upcoming season and for good reason. He takes over the high octane Oregon offense with an elite quarterback, an experienced offensive line and playmakers at all the skill positions. I'm very curious to see how Frost and Helfrich work together in their roles. Given how powerful the offense has been, can they really be expected to maintain that level?
  • I always find this time of the year bittersweet. While we have to say goodbye to some great Duck athletes, it's exciting for the graduates heading off into the next stage of their lives. Jordan Hasay reflects back on her career and gives us some insight into what's up next.
  • For those of you complaining about the Pac-12 Network, perhaps you'd like to be on the other side of one of Oregon's upcoming football opponents?

Nikola Tesla once said "If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration". That should give you a nice hint for our science-themed Friday Video of the Week.
