Poll: Oregon OC Scott Frost to call plays in 2013. Right move?

Oregon Ducks head coach Mark Helfrich went through ESPN's "Car Wash" today where he answered all sorts of interesting questions. One such such question was who would be calling plays this season.

Helfrich noted that Scott Frost would be calling plays but it would be "collaborative".
