Oregon and Washington are set for the game of the night as the #2 ranked Huskies come to Eugene to play the #21 ranked Oregon Ducks. Both teams are coming off wins against their in state rival and now face off in a conference match up with post season implications.

The Huskies come into town undefeated and play a different style than what Oregon has face this year. They set up with two setters which according to coach Jim Moore benefits them because it always gives them three hitters on offense.

Moore hopes to attack the Huskies on the serve and put their players out of their system to put pressure on UW. It's going to be difficult, as coach Moore stated yesterday in his media session, "We have to serve them tough and try to take them out of system and stay in system and attack them where they are weak and do the things that we can do. They're a very solid team and they hold onto the system they have. We have to beat them on the pins and in the middle and run our offense."

Since dropping 3 of 4;albeit to tournament caliber competition, Oregon has rattled off 5 straight wins, all in straight sets to get their record to 8-3. Leading the charge in the last few matches have been Canace Finley and Ariana Williams who have been effective in putting balls on the floor and blocking for the Ducks.
