Oregon picked up a verbal commitment from two-way lineman Drayton Carlberg on Friday afternoon.
Don't have the mumps yet. So at DeLaSalle HS. As expected, Drayton Carlberg chooses Oregon over the #Gophers, UNC, Mich. St., etc.

A Semper Fidelis All-American, Carlberg chose the Ducks over offers from Michigan State, Minnesota, North Carolina, Penn State, Ohio State, California, and Wisconsin, among others. A three star rated prospect according to the 247Sports composite ranking, Carlberg can play as an offensive or defensive lineman. Given Oregon's depth at O-line in this class, Carlberg may get his first crack at defensive line. At 6'5, 290 lbs he comes in with great size no matter where he plays.
Carlberg is Oregon's 16th commitment in the 2015 recruiting class and brings Oregon's overall ranking up to #18 in the country. You can watch his highlight video below.
