  • This weekend, we were treated to the quote of the year during Mark Helfrich's press conference after the Colorado game when we learned the three things that go on at O'Hara Catholic in Eugene.
  • Nobody expects Marcus Mariota to return next year. He could if he wanted to, but shy of a Heisman and a national championship, there is nothing more for Mariota to accomplish at Oregon. If Saturday truly was his final performance at Autzen, he certainly made it count.
  • On Saturday, Edward Cheserek won his second consecutive NCAA cross country title, joining some elite company. Cheserek became only the second Duck in school history to win back to back NCAA titles. The other? Steve Prefontaine.
  • The Oregon men's basketball team is off to a good start, but will have their hands full tonight as they take on No. 24 Michigan in the Progressive Legends Classic in Brooklyn.

Tweet of the Weekend

Jesus, girls and Marcus Mariota. Move over, Joey Heisman.
