Taking over for Nick today so that I don't have to come up with some quack after a loss. Let's do this thing. Leeeeroy.... Jenkins.....

  • Oregon Baseball suffered a large blow when it was announced that starting pitcher Cole Irvin would miss the 2014 season due to Tommy John Surgery. I've heard the term a lot but I admit I never knew what it was. Basically they replace a ligament in your elbow from somewhere else in the body.
  • Men's golf is back in action at the Amer Ari Invitational starting on Thursday.
  • Joseph Young has been going through a slump, just like his fellow men's basketball teammates. With Arizona coming to town on Thursday, he's found an answer in a familiar place.
  • Here's a nice feature on track star Trevor Dunbar who has been out of action for over a year with Achilles and knee injuries. He made his return at the UW Invitational.
  • The Huffington Post says that if college football players want to form a union, now's the time!
