Quack Fix: Pac-12 Title Game in the Bay Area?

Your morning helping of Oregon Ducks news.

Jeff Hanisch-USA TODAY Sports

Just a little helping of Quack to get your morning off right.

  • More UO basketball mess. There is a lot of information that we don't have: who knew about the investigation, what were the instructions from police to UO, what communication was there between the athletic department and the basketball program. College kids, save yourselves the trouble. Alcohol involved = no. Period. Parents need to have a healthy conversation with their children on this topic before they leave the nest.
  • Duck baseball got back on a winning track, defeating the Portland Pilots, 3-2, on six strong innings from Porter Clayton.
  • Among major topics of discussion at the Pac-12 spring meetings: relocating the Pac-12 Championship Game to a fixed site. The conference is looking at Levi's Statdium, the new 49ers home in Santa Clara.
  • Meanwhile, in Corvallis, Oregon State is looking for a new basketball coach, and there are some new names coming to the fold.
That's all I've got on a slow morning. If you find more, share.
