"He comes off the ball like an animal. I think he has a better initial strike. Better open field strikes than I do. I wish I could just hit harder and he has that bulldozing power." - Tyler Johnstone on Andre Yruretagoyena

Andre Y got his day in front of the media today. That's going to happen when you get tabbed during fall camp to protect the best QB in the country's blind side. Andre has the physical tools to be a great linemen, but has struggled at times, especially with the mental aspects. Word from coach Greatwood is that Yruretagoyena turned a corner this spring. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Tyler Johnstone's ACL re-injury is a tough blow to both him and the team, but it doesn't sound like he's going to let this year go to waste. His comments in the below video reinforce a lot of what we've been hearing about how the team leadership is getting more vocal and helping teach the younger players. It never hurts to have an extra "coach" on the sidelines.
