It's really no question in this poll's collective mind that Oregon and Florida State are the two best teams in the nation, with Oregon's win over Michigan State, as well as some home-team biases, slotting them comfortably in at #1 with 8 out a possible 10 first-place votes. In week 3, Oregon had no trouble with Wyoming, and Florida State lost Jameis Winston for the first half of their biggest regular season game of the year during their matchup with BYE. Let's see who the voters think handled their week 3 opponent better.

So, by virtue of not taking the field last Saturday, Florida State picked up two first-place votes, and cuts the deficit between them and Oregon in half. Curious. I won't name the two people that flipped their Oregon #1 votes in for FSU, but I can assume that Oregon's DOMination of Wyoming just wasn't enough, AND they were hoping to see the more of the Oregon BRAND ON the turf of the endzone.
Drunk Voter: Chris Jones, for voting USC above Arizona State and Kansas State, and for trying to vote LSU and Ole Miss twice. YOUR SEC BIAS WILL NOT FLY HERE, SIR!
Lazy Voter: Ryan Dosen took his Top 13 from last week, took out Georgia and USC, and scooted everyone else up. He probably had things to do this week. Don't hate the player, hate the game.
Sheep Voter: Brandon Levesque and the AP poll have exactly the same top-4, and the same top 9 teams in a slightly different order. A lack of divergence from the AP poll is, while probably pretty smart, the easiest way to get the sheep voter award.
