- It will be another late night for Duck fans (even later if you're a fan on the east coast) as Oregon's match up with Washington has been picked up for a 7:30pm PT kick off on ESPN or ESPN2 on October 17th. It will be the Ducks' 3rd game that starts at 7pm or later of the season. Oregon's game against Colorado last week was a 7pm PT kickoff and the October 29th contest against Arizona State was previously scheduled for a 7:30pm start.
- After both an NCAA suspension for testing positive for marijuana and more recently,an alcohol citation, Ducks WR Darren Carrington's status for this weekend against Washington State is up in the air.
- Oregon got a much needed win against Colorado after the humiliating 62-20 loss to Utah the week before, but Washington State will pose a very serious test for a Ducks team that has major issues defensively.
- While Jeff Lockie and Taylor Alie both saw action this past weekend against Colorado, Vernon Adams has been trying to get healthy as he has been dealing with a broken index finger. It's safe to say this probably isn't how he thought things would go before he made the transfer to Oregon.
