Last week, Tennessee Titans rookie quarterback Marcus Mariota took some time out of his busy NFL schedule to meet with Jacob, who joined Marcus and the Titans during a practice to help the young fan meet his hero.

The Titans partnered with the Make-A-Wish Foundation to help Jacob meet Marcus at the practice. Jacob showed up wearing his green and yellow Marcus Mariota Oregon jersey along with a Titans visor, and even had the chance to line up, catch some passes and toss the football around with Marcus himself.

You can watch the video below to see the highlights of Jacob's visit to the Titans' practice facility. It's always nice to see Marcus doing what he can to bring some joy to a young fan's life.
