#Oregon loses PJ Locke tonight but adds Jonah Moi - #GoDucks remain at No. 15 overall http://t.co/3x26xUoqxY

Moi fills a big position of need for the Ducks at inside linebacker and should compete for playing time right away. He was previously committed to Washington State and also had offers from TCU, Ole Miss, and Oregon State, among others.
The news is welcome as Oregon reportedly has lost safety PJ Locke of Beaumont, Texas to the Longhorns, per 247Sports. Oregon's recruiting class is holding steady at 22 commits and a #15 ranking nationally, though they will likely need at least one more commitment on signing day to finish in the top 15.
