Ernie Kent will make his first visit to Eugene as a coach for the Cougars.

The last time Oregon played Washington State they lost 108-99 in overtime. The Ducks are currently on a two game winning streak and will need to win this game to stay in contention for an at-large bid. Tip-off is set for 4 p.m. on the Pac-12 Networks.

The softball team begins season this weekend.

The Ducks will play six games this weekend including Texas, North Carolina and Wisconsin. Janie Takeda, Janelle Lindvall and Cheridan Hawkins were named to the USA Softball preseason top-50 player of the year watch list.

The Oregonian did a list of the top 10 highest-rated Oregon Ducks commits over the last decade.

De'Anthony Thomas headlines this list. It is amazing to me how a lot of these players didn't even finish their playing career with the Ducks or left on a bad note. There are two current players on the list and two are also from the state of Oregon.
