- Ever since Pharaoh Brown went down with a gruesome injury against Utah last November, the Ducks had to find another option at TE, and it looks like they've found one with Evan Baylis. Baylis came up with a few key catches in the semifinal win over Florida State in the Rose Bowl back on January 1st
- With his recent change from special teams and offense to defense, Charles Nelson made his first big play at practice on Wednesday against freshman QB Travis Jonsen. Since star players Troy Hill, Erick Dargan and Ifo Ekpre-Olomu have all graduated, Nelson's quick adjustment to his new position at DB will be vital for the Oregon defense looking to rebuild in this area.
