Quack Fix: A peek at Oregon's quarterback battle

Jeff Lockie isn't feeling pressure to be the next Marcus Mariota.

We are still over five months away from college football kicking off and Oregon's quarterback competition is up in the air. Lockie and four other quarterbacks will battle it out this spring and Vernon Adams will join the competition once he completes his degree at Eastern Washington. Although Lockie has only thrown 41 passes in a game, he has taken thousands of reps in practice.

Oregon baseball will host Michigan State.

First it was cross country, then it was football, now the two schools will face each other on the diamond. The Ducks were on a four-game losing streak until they beat Seattle University on Wednesday. Tonight the game will be at 6 p.m. and both the weekend games will be at 2 p.m.

Duck tennis will play Stanford and Cal.

The Ducks will play Stanford this afternoon at 3 p.m. and will play against Cal tomorrow at 1 p.m. Cal and Stanford are tied for first in the conference and the Ducks will have their hands full. Oregon is currently 11-6 overall and 0-2 in conference play.

Oregon softball heads to Los Angeles.

The No. 1 Ducks will play UCLA this weekend and all of the games will be televised. Oregon is the best offensive team in the conference and will need to score to beat the No. 10 UCLA Bruins.
