Warner, 6'0", 185 pounds, was also being pursued by BYU, Stanford, and California. The San Marcos, California native unofficially visited Oregon on April 1st, and committed two days after.
Oregon offered Warner back in March.
Warner is widely regarded as one of the top cornerback recruits nation wide, and will help fill the Oregon secondary.
