  • Jeff Lockie has been looking strong this spring, and capped it off with a perfect performance in Oregon's annual spring game. Lockie finished the day completing 9-of-9 passes for 223 yards and three touchdowns.
  • Unfortunately for Lockie, there's this guy coming in June named Vernon Adams who is supposed to be pretty decent. CSNNW's Aaron Fentress didn't think Lockie did quite enough in the spring game, missing that "wow" factor.
  • Charles Nelson also had a big day at the spring game, and he did it on both sides of the ball. Nelson had two touchdown catches plus an interception, showing that he can be one of Oregon's most versatile weapons in 2015.
  • Shocking news: Marcus Mariota received a huge standing ovation at the spring game. The former Oregon and brand-new Tennessee Titans quarterback was honored at halftime of Oregon's spring game and got a big standing ovation that lasted four to five minutes.
  • Ifo Ekpre-Olomu was the final Duck of the weekend to get drafted, being selected in the seventh round by the Cleveland Browns. Because he fell past the second round, he'll cash in on his $3 million loss of value policy that was purchased prior to the 2014 season. Browns GM Ray Farmer believes if Ekpre-Olomu is at 100 percent health, he can be a starter in the NFL.
