The Webfoot Awards: Best Coach - Robert Johnson

In the end, almost half of the total votes went to the man who brought home three national titles in 2014/15.

Each one of the coaches up for voting led their team at least to the playoffs, if not the final, for their respective sports. The University of Oregon, without question, currently offers some of the most successful athletic programs in the country - thanks in large to the talented coaching staff.

But there is no denying it: Robert Johnson and Oregon track and field had a standout year. And with the talents of Edward Cheserek, Jenna Prandini, Raevyn Rogers, and Marcus Chambers (just to name a few) returning, the Ducks will certainly have the talent to make a run for more titles next season.

This year, the Oregon men won national titles in both indoor and outdoor track & field while the women took home their first outdoor national title in 30 years. Under Johnson's leadership, Oregon's track & field program is beginning to turn into a dynasty. After all, this is the team that calls Track Town USA home.
