Quack Fix: Oregon is favored to win the North

  • Oregon is picked to win the North division entering the season according to the Pac-12 Media Poll. USC is the favorite team to win the conference and would be the first team in the South division to win it since the 2008 Trojan team.
  • Rob Moseley has been previewing different position groups each day leading up to Fall camp. Yesterday, Moseley highlighted the offensive line. Oregon lost a lot of leadership after Hroniss Grasu and Jake Fisher graduated, but return Tyler Johnstone and transfer Matt Hegarty look to lead the 2015 line.
  • The Ducks are No. 5 in the preseason coaches poll. There are four other Pac-12 teams ranked in the top-25: USC, UCLA, Arizona State and Stanford.
  • It was revealed Wednesday that rookie Ifo Ekpre-Olomu will like miss the 2015 season. The Browns believed that Ekpre-Olomu would most likely be sidelined this year.
