- Oregon football has been busy on the recruiting trail, already landing 12 commitments for 2016. Oregon's incoming class for 2016 is currently ranked No. 17 in the nation.
- Caleb Kelly, a 5-star linebacker from Clovis West in Fresno, Calif. announced he would be taking a visit to Oregon. The Ducks will be thin at the linebacker position after a number of key guys, including Joe Walker and Tyson Coleman, graduate after next season.
- Oregon basketball will have plenty of incoming talent for the 2015-16 season. As a result, Ahmaad Rorie will be transferring from the program, likely to the University of Montana.
- Summer means the arrival of incoming freshmen, and those preparing to suit up for the Ducks on the hardwood are already hard at work in Eugene.
- And in news that has nothing to do with the Ducks, but is equally as important, AMERICA WON A WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP IN A SPORT!!!
