Quack Fix: Oregon running back Thomas Tyner out for season

• For the second straight year, the Oregon Ducks will lose another key player on offense before the first snap of the year. On Sunday, it was reported Thomas Tyner will miss the season after undergoing shoulder surgery. Our best wishes go out to Thomas in hopes of a speedy recovery!

• On the links, Oregon golfer Aaron Wise was barely edged out at the 113th Western Amateur. Wise will participate in the U.S. Amateur starting August 17.
• ver on the hardwood, Oregon women's basketball picked up a 2016 recruit as Ruthy Hebard, a 6-4 forward from Fairbanks, Alaska announced her intent to play for the Ducks. Hebard is ranked No. 54 in the nation by ESPN HoopGurlz and is a two-time Alaska Gatorade Player of the Year.
