- Last night on Twitter, 4-star wide receiver Theo Howard announced he is de-committing from Oregon. Howard, the No. 16 wide receiver in the nation (247Sports), originally committed to the Ducks back in March after receiving interest from several other Pac-12 schools, including USC, UCLA and Cal.
