232 days until opening day. Ugh.

• The Register Guard also noticed that the Alamo Bowl was a kind of microcosm of the Oregon season.
• The Ducks offensive line is probably remembered now for not having a great backup center, but this year they were pretty good.
• Mel Kiper is currently projecting DeFo to go 4th to the Cowboys.
• Keith Simms is still in the mix for Oregon.
• Dillon Brooks is kind of awesome.
