Quack Fix 11/1/2016

We’ve got a new star in true freshman QB Justin Herbert, so what we’ve decided to do is go after more transfers... That makes perfect sense. The surprise in here is that there are apparently some rumors about Terry Wilson already considering transferring. That would be too bad given what we saw with QB development post Mariota, it’s nice to keep guys around who are good.
