The Ducks lost to Oregon State on Saturday 34-24 at Reser Stadium. Ugh. At least the season is over. The season is over, right? Oregon ends the season at 4-8, last in the Pac-12 North division, and Mark Helfrich is still the coach for now.
I haven’t been to Reser in about 16 years, and at the time I felt underwhelmed by the stadium itself. It just felt like a jumped up high school stadium, but maybe that was because I was watching a high school game there. And of course this was before the expansion, so maybe that has made a difference.
What were your experiences on Saturday? Were you seated near a guy who went duck hunting before the game (I have heard this story from different people)? And how soon did you get blackout drunk afterwards?
