The Ducks filled a need on the offensive line on National Signing Day, landing 3-star offensive lineman Logan Bathke from Orange Lutheran in Orange, Calif.

Bathke was named first-team all-CIF lineman as a senior at Orange Lutheran and excelled in the classroom as well, earning a 4.0 GPA.
During his first two years, Bathke weighed just 180 pounds and played tight end. When he beefed up, Bathke moved to offensive line. Oregon coaches Steve Greatwood and Mark Helfrich took note, and remained committed to Bathke, keeping in touch with him every week. Bathke said Helfirch's daily direct messages and Greatwood's weekly calls were the deciding factor to committing to Oregon.
Below are Bathke's highlights from Hudl, where you can see his dominance at the position. The Ducks will need someone with Bathke's athleticism if they hope to provide adequate protection for Dakota Prukop next season.
