Oregon basketball has 20/1 odds to win 2017 NCAA tournament

Another magical season of college basketball has come and gone, and what a ride it was for the Oregon Ducks. This season, the Ducks reached the Elite Eight for the first time since 2007 as part of a season where they finished top five in the rankings and set a school record for wins in a season.
