- The Duck football QB race is still as hot as ever, according to ESPN's Pac-12 blog. Dakota Prukop has been the favorite all along, but Travis Jonsen has closed in over spring practice.
- Baseball hasn't been helping themselves out in the quest for a NCAA bid, as a 5-4 loss to Gonzaga drops them to 22-21 on the year. Oregon has now lost four games in five days, each time leading into the fourth inning or later.
- The women's track team held onto the No. 3 ranking nationally, while the men are at No. 7. The Ducks get back in action Saturday at the Pac-12 Championships to continue their recent dominance. The men look for their 10th straight title, and the team has swept the meet seven years running.
- Former 4-star QB commit Ryan Kelley has now committed to Arizona State following his recent decommitment from the Ducks. This ended any speculation that Oregon could win him back.
