- Today kicks off the NCAA Track & Field Outdoor Championships, which run all day Wednesday through Saturday, June 11. The Ducks are contenders to repeat in both, but aren't projected to win on either side. The men compete Wednesday and Friday, while the women take to the track Thursday and Saturday. All-day coverage runs on ESPN3, with ESPN and ESPN2 telecasts Wednesday through Saturday starting at 4:30 (Wednesday/Thursday) 5:30 (Friday) and 3:30 (Saturday).. All times Pacific.
- Jamal Crawford labeled Duck basketball commit Keith Smith "a problem" for opponents next year. Crawford recently worked out with the small forward and came away impressed, sharing a picture to Twitter.
- A few Duck baseball players are projected to go in the first 3-6 rounds in the MLB draft. The highest three projected are all pitchers (Matt Krook, Cole Irvin, and Stephen Nogosek).
- Oregon football is a finalist for 5-star wide receiver Tyjon Lindsey. Lindsey added excitement by naming August 22nd as his decision date. Other finalists include Auburn, Nebraska, Michigan, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Tennessee, USC and Alabama.
