In the day and age where more and more people are watching sports on their computers and mobile devices instead of their televisions, the Pac-12 conference is finding ways to keep up.
On Thursday morning, the Pac-12 announced a partnership with Twitter for Pac-12 Plus, a broadband network of live events. For the 2016-17 academic year, there will be at least 150 games streamed live on Twitter.
To answer the question I know you all have, no this does not include football or basketball. The list of sports to be streamed will be finalized at a later date, but will include such sports as volleyball, baseball, softball, track & field and many more. So there should still be plenty of value for Ducks fans in this new partnership with a lot of quality sports included in this partnership.
In addition to Twitter, these games will also be streamed on Pac-12.com and official university athletics sites, like GoDucks.com.
