2016 Olympic Trials - Day 5: How to watch, meet schedule, live stream info and more

After making it through the rest day at the midway point of the Olympic Trials, the action returns today at Hayward Field. Today will be a more unique schedule as no races on the track will be run.

If you like watching people run in circles at a really fast speed, you'll have to wait until tomorrow. However, if you like watching people spin in circles and throw a heavy metal ball on a cable, you're in luck, because today we’ve got six-plus hours of hammer throw action.

The day will start with the women’s hammer throw qualifying rounds at 1:00 pm, followed by the finals at 3:00 pm. The men’s hammer throw qualifying rounds start at 5:00 pm with finals at 7:00 pm. In total, 48 athletes will be competing today. You can see the full start list here.
