Chris Seisay left the Oregon Ducks football program Aug. 21, and has resurfaced not too far from Eugene.
The former Ducks defensive back is now a Portland State Viking, per an observant Craig Birnbach from KATU News.

The 6-1, 190-pound junior didn’t play much in 2015 owing to an injury, but was hoping to make a bigger impact in 2016. He’s eligible to play right away and returns to wide receiver, which he played in high school.
The Ducks are left even thinner at defensive back after Seisay’s departure and several young players are expected to see the field at the position this year.
