15th ranked Oregon volleyball defeated #12 Utah last night in Eugene in 4 sets. The win is the fourth straight for Oregon who improved to 14-5 overall and 7-4 in conference play. The Ducks host un-ranked Colorado Friday.

The Oregonian talks about Darren Carrington and his return to Autzen Stadium. Utah coach Kyle Whittingham says that Darren has lived up to all of the expectations that were laid out for him in joining the Utah team.

Oregon coach Willie Taggart, however, is unconcerned with the return of Carrington to Autzen. The Oregon coach remains focused on his team and preparing properly for the coming game.

Both the Oregon men and women’s cross country teams are eyeing conference titles this coming weekend. The women are defending national and conference champions and favored to win. The men’s team is ranked 8th nationally, trailing #5 Colorado and #6 Stanford in conference. Colorado has won 6 straight men’s titles.
