Oregon women opened the basketball season with an easy 110-77 win over Drake. Included in the win was a 29-11-10 triple double by sophomore Sabrina Ionescu as well as two double doubles by Ruthy Hebard and Maite Cazorla.

Both the Oregon Men and Women advanced to the NCAA cross championships with at large bids after this weekends regional championships. The women were 3rd and the men were 4th at the regionals, the top two in each race are auto qualifiers.

Oregon men’s basketball continues their season with a game against Prairie View A&M tonight at Matthew Knight Arena. Prairie View opened their season with a Pac-12 loss to Utah, a game that was relatively close at half.

Oregon football began game week preparations yesterday coming off of not losing to BYE, and transitioning to hosting Arizona this coming weekend. The report is that Herbert looks sharp and is shaking off some rust, and that Demetri Burch enjoys playng the role of Khalil Tate as scout QB.
