Men’s basketball held on for a close win last night against Texas Southern. The Ducks held off their opponent on the strength of two late baskets from freshman Troy Brown. Texas Southern hasn’t won a game yet this year, so this as a surprisingly, and disappointingly, close game.

Andrew Nemec looks at football recruiting and addresses the de-commitment of all five wide receivers that had been committed prior to the taggarting. Some of those players are expected to rejoin the Oregon recruiting class.

Oregon’s Raevyn Rogers is one of three finalists for the annual Bowerman award, given to the top male and female college track and field athletes in the nation. The award will be announced Friday night.
