Quack Fix 12-18-17: Ionescu Breaks Record

NCAA Womens Basketball: NCAA Tournament-Bridgeport Regional-Connecticut vs Oregon
Mar 27, 2017; Bridgeport, CT, USA; Oregon Ducks guard Sabrina Ionescu (20) dribbles the ball as Connecticut Huskies guard Crystal Dangerfield (5) defends during the first half in the finals of the Bridgeport Regional of the women's 2017 NCAA Tournament at Webster Bank Arena. Sabrina Ionescu tied the all time NCAA record for triple doubles and broke the Pac 12 mark with a monster 21-11-14 line in a victory at home over Old Miss. The schedule for the team has two remaining non- conference games before Pac-12 play starts.

Duck Raevyn Rogers won the Bowerman Award. Among other things (like a couple NCAA records) Rogers became the first person to ever win three straight NCAA titles at 800 meters. Rogers is the third Duck in four years to win the award.

Jim Leavitt is getting paid $EC TEXA$ dollars to return as the Ducks defensive coordinator and he’s worth every penny. The defensive coordinator is now the third highest salaried coordinator in the nation behind D coordinators at LSU and Clemson.

In further coaching news, UO running back coach Donte Pimpleton will, as largely expected, be following he who shall not be named to FSU.
