NCAA bracket 2017: No. 3 Oregon will play No. 14 Iona on Friday

The Oregon Ducks couldn't snag a No. 1 seed for the second year in a row, but they are in good shape for this year’s NCAA tournament, snagging the No. 3 seed in the Midwest Region. They will face Iona in Sacramento on Friday.

If Oregon wins their first matchup, they'll potentially face Creighton on Sunday. Before coming to Oregon, Dana Altman was Creighton’s head coach from 1994-2010.

The Ducks are coming off an impressive regular season and conference tournament, going 29-5, including a school-record 16 wins in Pac-12 play. Oregon went undefeated at home for the second straight season, and their current home winning streak of 42 games is the longest in the nation. Oregon also won 20 games for the seventh straight year, the first time that has happened in 77 years.
