The Oregon Ducks survived a hard fought game against Rhode Island in the Round of 32, and now they'll face one of the hottest teams in the nation, the Michigan Wolverines. The winner will advance to the Elite Eight to face either Kansas or Purdue.
Many thought Louisville would be here tonight, but the Wolverines upset them in the second round to get here.

Oregon Ducks (31-5, 16-2 Pac-12) — UO topped Iona in the first round before edging Rhode Island in the second, thanks to Tyler Dorsey’s game-winning three from the top of the key, 75-72. “Mr. March” has now scored 20-plus points in a career-best five straight games… Sunday’s win gave the Ducks their record-tying 31st victory of the season. UO is one of three teams to have won at least 30 games in the past two seasons, alongside Kansas and Villanova… The Ducks are also just one of five teams in the field to have won a game in the last five NCAA Tournaments, alongside Gonzaga, Kansas, North Carolina and Wichita State.
Michigan Wolverines (26-11, 10-8 B1G) — Michigan enters the Sweet 16 as one of the hottest teams remaining in the field. The Wolverines are 12-14 in the last 14 games after beating No. 10 Oklahoma State in the first round and rallying past No. 2 Louisville in the second. Through those two games, the team shot 50.4 percent from the fielding 47.8 percent from downtown… Prior to the Big Dance, Michigan won four games in as many days to earn the Big Ten title… The Wolverines have now won seven straight to make it to the Sweet 16 for the third time under John Beilein.
