Oregon got a much needed victory over the Arizona Wildcats to begin the tournament, and will now look to build on that against the Huskies. It looked like the stage might be a little too big for the Ducks in the first half, but the re-established their presence in the paint in the second half to pull off the 70-63 victory. Ruthy Hebard led the way with 21 points and 12 rebounds, Sabrina Ionescu added 22 points and 5 assists, and Mallory McGwire contributed 14 key points.
