CHICAGO, Illinois — Former Oregon star Dillon Brooks is scheduled to workout with the Portland Trail Blazers. Brooks, alongside teammates Tyler Dorsey, Jordan Bell and Chris Boucher were invited to the 2017 NBA Combine.
The reigning Pac-12 Player of the Year and All-American is seeking to secure to his dream in the NBA. After this news, the Canadian could capture it in the same state that made him a legend.
Portland has three first round picks in the 2017 NBA Draft. The Blazers have the No. 15, No. 20 and No. 26 overall selections. Unfortunately, Rip City does NOT possess a second round pick. Brooks would be a perfect steal late in the first round.

Can you imagine Damian Lillard, C.J. McCollum and the 6-foot-6 hybrid junior from Oregon on the same floor together? With Brooks’ size, he could fill a void at the small forward position. Not to mention, he would add some much-needed grit to the Blazers.
I will have every update live from Portland whenever his workout takes place. We will be following all five pro-bound Ducks on their individual journeys. Tons more on the way from the NBA Draft Combine at the Quest Center in Chicago.
