Now that another season of Oregon athletics has come and gone, it’s time for our third annual Webfoot Awards

Here we are, mid-June has arrived once again. And with the arrival of summer, we close the chapter on another year of Oregon athletics.

There were some incredible moments this year, as always. The men’s basketball team reached the Final Four while the women’s squad reached the Elite Eight. Oregon softball reached another Women’s College World Series. The Oregon men’s golf team nearly won back-to-back national championships. And just yesterday, the Women of Oregon completed the first triple crown in women’s collegiate history, winning national titles in cross country, indoor track & field and outdoor track and field.

And so, to carry us into summer, we here at ATQ want to recognize the best of the best during our third annual Webfoot Awards.

If you've been around the block here, you know what these are. If you're new, well, they're basically our Oregon ESPYs. This week, we’ll unveil our nominees for the following categories:

• Best Team
• Best Male Athlete
• Best Female Athlete
• Best Newcomer (Freshman)
• Best Coach
• Best Moment
• Best Play

We decide the nominees, but you decide the winners. There will be a poll attached to each category for you to vote on. Voting will be open in each category for one week until it is time to unveil the winners.
