Oregon vs. Arizona State: First Half GameThread

It’s time for a showdown in the desert.

The last time Oregon and Arizona State faced off in Tempe, anarchy broke loose. The Ducks marched down the field as Vernon Adams executed a game-tying drive with an improbable 4th and Goal touchdown pass to Dwayne Stanford. Oregon would go on to win the game 61-55 in triple overtime.

Tonight, the Ducks take their No. 2 ranked offense into Sun Devil Stadium, where they'll hope to score early and often against an Arizona State defense that has been atrocious thus far, ranking almost dead last in the nation.

However, Oregon has struggled to score in the second half this season, which could create bigger problems tonight. Luckily, their defense has looked completely different from the one we saw last year so far in 2017, getting Oregon to their 3-0 record.

So, how is Oregon going to look during their first Pac-12 game under Willie Taggart? Time to find out! Enjoy the game and GO DUCKS!
