The men’s basketball team is still figuring individual roles on the team and how they all fit together. Oregon has Eastern Washington tonight as a final tune up before they head to New York for the 2K Empire Classic where they face Iowa in the first round.

Women’s and men’s cross country are each headed to the NCAA West Regional Championships. The regional races are the final, and only, way to qualify for the NCAA National Championships. The women are ranked first in the region while the men are ranked 5th.

Women’s basketball has their home opener on Saturday as they host 16th ranked Syracuse. Syracuse opened with an 85-49 win over North Dakota, while Oregon opened with a 115-36 victory over Alaska-Fairbanks. Oregon is leading the nation in field goal percentage after shooting 67.7% in their opener.
