Arizona State at #21 Fresno State 3:30 PM ET / 12:30 PM PT ABC

Mitsubishi Motors Las Vegas Bowl

Location: Sam Boyd Stadium (home of the UNLV Running Rebels)

- The Sun Devils travel to Las Vegas to take in the sights and sounds of Sin City and play some football in the interim. ASU has already clinched a winning record even with a loss today. Fresno State, led by long time Oregon friend Jeff Tedford won the Mountain West title in a thrilling blizzard induced overtime in Boise. Standout ASU WR N’Keal Harry has elected to skip the bowl game in order to prepare for the draft. Look out for freshman sensation LB Merlin Robertson for Sparky. He’s very good and one of the best freshman defenders that they have had in awhile.

Prediction: Sparky 35 The Fighting Tedfords 24

Arizona State prospects to watch

1. Casey Tucker 6’6 315 RS Senior OL

- Tucker is a graduate from Stanford and subsequently transferred to Arizona State using the graduate transfer rule so Furd couldn’t block the move. He’s one of the better line prospects in the conference. Solid in run blocking. Could rise as the offseason approaches. Has primarily at guard this season.

2. Eno Benjamin 5’10 210 Sophomore RB

- Benjamin is legitimately in contention for the RB1 title next year. He’s been that good in 2018. He was named to the Pac-12 first team. Fourth leading rusher in all of FBS with 1,524 yards and 15 touchdowns. Look out for him in 2019 as a junior.

Fresno State prospect to watch

1. KeeSean Johnson 6’1 202 RS Senior WR

- Johnson is the eighth leading receiver in all of FBS with 93 receptions for 1,307 yards and eight touchdowns. He’s the main target for the Bulldogs and has improved upon his production every year. Above average route runner with just enough athleticism to get by. Fits as an third receiver type at the next level. Has accepted his invite to the East-West Shrine Game.

Bonus Games to watch

Utah State vs North Texas 2 PM / 11 AM ESPN

New Mexico Bowl presented by Progressive

- Utah State QB Jordan Love will be a name to watch for the 2020 draft. Former HC Matt Wells left for Texas Tech so who knows how the Aggies will play in lieu of his departure. A brief friend of the Ducks, former Beavers HC Gary Andersen is returning as the head coach there. North Texas HC Seth Littrell was a hot coaching candidate due to his Mike Leach Air Raid roots this go around but decided to stay at UNT for now.

Middle Tennessee State vs. Appalachian State 9 PM / 6 PM ESPN

R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl

- The chronically underrated MTSU Blue Raiders take on the Mountaineers of App State who just lost their highly thought of coach to Louisville. App State almost pulled off another upset against Penn State on the 10th anniversary of their most famous one against Michigan.
