Ruthie Hebard set a school record last night by shooting 12-12 from the field and 5-5 from the free throw line in a victory over WSU that keeps the ducks tied with Stanford for the lead in the conference standings.
Both Hebard and Sabrina Ionescu crossed the 1,000 point threshold in last nights win over Washington State.
Men’s basketball took care of business with a dominating win over Washington State. The win moves the Ducks into 4th place in the conference standings with a pending road trip against the LA schools that will shape the season significantly.
Oregon softball completed the Kujikawa Classic with a 6-0 record that included 5 run rule victories in the final five games. The final win of the tournament was a 14-1 victory over New Mexico.
Track and field had a good weekend with part of the team in Albuquerque and part of the team in Seattle. Albuquerque was highlighted by several strong performances in the sprints while Seattle was highlighted by four Ducks breaking 4:00 for the mile.
